What is mobile Physiotherapy?
It is Physiotherapy with a 1-on-1 personalized service in the convenience of your own home, care facility or hospital.
What areas do you cover?
Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Coquitlam and Abbotsford.
I am a new patient, what should I do?
First give us a call to schedule an appointment. For ICBC clients, please have your claims specialist name and contact number as well as the date of accident. For WorkSafeBC clients, please have your claim number as well your WorkSafeBC officer’s name and number.
Do I need a doctors referral?
No, Physiotherapists are primary health care professionals and therefore you do not require a doctor’s referral to access our services.
What should I expect on my first appointment?
Your first appointment will consist of an initial assessment including a medical history review, full physical assessment and treatment plan. If possible, please have any diagnostic imaging or medical test results available for your Physiotherapist.
Do I need any equipment at home to receive services?
No, all the necessary equipment will be provided.
What should I wear?
Please wear something comfortable that allows the Physiotherapist to access the area being treated.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please call or email with 24 hours notice to cancel all appointments.
I was injured in a car accident or work-related injury, will my treatment be covered?
Yes, we direct bill ICBC and WorksafeBC and do not require any payment from you.
How long will my appointment be?
The length of time of your appointment can vary from condition to condition. The initial assessment (first visit) will take approximately 55-60 minutes. Follow up visits usually last 50 minutes.
